Aside from the closure, the following Degree Mills are currently the subject of additional investigations and/or court proceedings. The goal of these proceedings is to pursue the owners and reclaim illicit subscription fees and charges.

7. Christ Alive Christian Seminary and University, Enugu
8. Illegal Satellite Campuses of Ambrose Alli University.
9. Volta University College, Aba, Abia State.

To avoid any misunderstanding, anyone who patronizes or receives a credential from any of these unlawful organizations does so at their own risk. Certificates received from these sources will not be accepted for NYSC, job, or further education purposes.

The appropriate law enforcement agencies have also been notified of the need for additional action.
